I messaged the seller and they replied to my questions. The full set comes sealed and it’s shipped in a cardboard box with some air bags. The seller took 5 days to ship and after shipping, i received the package in 9 days to canada- overall very fast! The shipping box came a little dented but there was no damage to the actual product. I got a really good deal on this and it was readily available on aliexpress- no headache buying from popmart directly. I’ve only opened one box so far- checked the qr code and it’s authentic :) i’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend. By the way, this is the new batch of labubus with the drawstring bags and popmart engraved on the key ring

It arrived with a box, but only the box was opened (the bag inside was unopened!). When I scanned the QR code on the box and the love bear, I was able to access the site. When I shone a light on the foot, there was a love bear mark, so I think it's genuine!

Wonderful little Labubu Zizi! The quality is excellent! Zizi is very beautiful, with a delicate lilac-syracuse color and soft fur. The face is very detailed.
