Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
To start a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation, SMS, etc.).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it through UPS, selecting “Allow recipient to choose pickup point” in the “My recipient” section.
In the specified fields, please enter the following information:
Your Name, First Name, Order Number, Email Address, and a short description including the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
