Shipping Times and Return Window
Due to the collector nature of our products and limited stock availability, orders may take up to 40 calendar days to be delivered. This is clearly stated and accepted at the time of purchase.
Returns or chargebacks filed due to delivery delays will not be accepted if the order is delivered within this time frame.
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, not the purchase date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (not order date).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us at info@bubuforever.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the packaging and item(s), along with your order number.
Claims submitted after this 24-hour window may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
